This field is 10,000 ha reserve lying in the lower regions of the southern Bakony Mountains, 20 km north of Lake Balaton. This hilly region has 85% forest, with meadows and fields planted for the game between the woods. In this favourable habitat there is a very good population of both Red deer and Wild boar, but there are also a few Mouflon, Fallow and Roe deer. Thanks to the conscientious game management more than 500 big game animals are shot each year. Accommodation is in the Úrbér Hunting Lodge. This lodge is situated 5 km away from the town Sümeg in an idylic landscape where guests can relax. Three double rooms and one four-bed-room are available, all with their own bathroom.
