The hunting area covers 5,100 hectares, of which about 4,500 hectares are suitable for small-game hunting. The remaining part consists of the floodplains of the Tisza River, which provide excellent habitat for roe deer.

Each year, approximately 500–600 pheasants and 600–700 hares are harvested.

The smaller, bushy areas are also well suited for smaller groups, allowing them to hunt small game successfully.
